In 2021, the National Institute on Aging awarded AGS more than $173,000 in funding over five years that will support three conferences focused on resilience.
About the Conference
The Overview of the Resilience World - State of Science conference took place on October 12 – 13, 2022 in Washington, DC. The conference provided a broad overview of resilience and set the stage for the remaining two conferences in the series. The primary focus was to explore areas of commonalities and differences with respect to physical, cognitive, and psychosocial domains of resilience. A major goal of these conferences is to define gaps and opportunities and to prioritize key questions for future research.
